Our pricing is on a per-project basis. Basic takeoffs start at around $200, and full multi-trade estimates typically range from $350–$700 depending on project scope and complexity. Our standard turnaround time is 24–48 hours for most estimates. Larger or more complex projects may take up to 2–4 business days. If you have an urgent bid deadline, let us know when you submit your plans and we'll prioritize your project. A small expedite fee may apply for same-day rush delivery.
Ideally, you provide complete construction drawings (architectural, structural, MEP plans) and specifications. However, we can also work with partial drawings, schematic designs, or even conceptual plans for preliminary estimates. The more information you provide, the more accurate the estimate will be. Simply submit what you have and we'll let you know if we need anything else.
Yes! We regularly work with preliminary and conceptual drawings. Our preliminary estimating service is designed for early planning stages — even if you just have a basic concept or site plan, we can prepare a budget-range estimate to help you understand costs and make informed decisions before finalizing your design.
We use industry-leading estimating software including Planswift, Bluebeam, Accubid, and Trimble for takeoffs and measurements. For pricing data, we rely on RS Means, Craftsman Cost Data, and our own internally developed pricing databases that incorporate zip-code-based local market rates.
Absolutely. We treat all client project information with strict confidentiality. Your drawings, specifications, pricing, and business information are never shared with any third parties. We can provide a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon request if required for your project.
Estimates are typically delivered in Microsoft Excel and PDF formats, making them easy to review, share, and use in your bidding process. We can also provide estimates organized by CSI divisions, trade, or project phase — whatever format works best for your workflow. Just let us know your preference.
Yes. We include revisions with every estimate package. Basic packages include 1 revision, standard packages include 3 revisions, and custom/premium packages include unlimited revisions. If the scope changes significantly (major design changes, added scope), additional fees may apply, which we'll always communicate transparently upfront.

Using zip-code-based pricing from RS Means and Craftsman data, we help contractors submit bids that are neither too high (losing the bid) nor too low (losing money).
